• Person-Centered Therapy: Creating an empathetic and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and experiences.
• Neuropsychological Insights: Incorporating brain functioning and the science behind brain chemistry to deepen your understanding of how your brain affects your mental health.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University (United States) and a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Bristol (United Kingdom). My clinical experience includes working in community mental health, private practice, and specialized settings.
My Philosophy
I believe that healing is not just about managing symptoms but about understanding the root causes of distress and fostering growth. I am here to help you explore the connections between your brain, mind, body, and emotions, and to equip you with tools that promote both immediate and long-term well-being.
Personal Interests
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and exploring new baking recipes. I love spending time at theme parks and am always up for a fun adventure. Whether it’s trying out a new dessert or sharing quality time with loved ones, these moments help me stay grounded and recharged.
