Welcome to your journey of healing and self-discovery. I am here to help you explore and unpack areas of your life that you may find challenging, confusing, or overwhelming. Please come as you are.
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to empowering my clients to lead fulfilling lives. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. By recognizing the role trauma may play in a client's life, I employ trauma-informed care that is sensitive and respectful. With a comprehensive approach to therapy, I integrate this trauma-informed care alongside Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Through Person-Centered Therapy, I aim to foster self-discovery, self-acceptance, and empowerment to help my clients to find their own paths to healing and resilience. By incorporating mindfulness techniques, I help my clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, which can cultivate a sense of presence, stress reduction, and enhance overall well-being. Through CBT, we’ll work together to identify and challenge unhealthy patterns, helping my clients to develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and making meaningful changes. My areas of specialty include addiction, abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress/burn out. As an openly queer therapist, I am also passionate about helping those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida in 2015. I then continued on to obtain my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University and graduated in 2018. I obtained licensure in 2020 and am currently working towards becoming a National Certified Counselor. I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Interns and am currently accepting new interns. I am licensed in the state of Florida and Vermont. Separate from schooling, I have work experience in private practice settings, crisis stabilization units, inpatient substance abuse facilities, school settings, abuse advocacy centers, and medication-assisted treatment centers.
Who am I outside of being a therapist? My wife and I are pet moms to two cats who act more like dogs than cats (Hazel and Francis) and the most relaxed rabbit (Linus) that you will ever meet. I enjoy beach days just as much as staying home and watching a new docu-series on various streaming services. You can always find me at a market; farmer’s market, oddities market, vintage market, I’m there. I enjoy yoga, meditation, and try to learn as much as I can about holistic wellness. Brunch is my favorite meal and fall is my favorite season. I look forward to getting to know you!
