Therapy Groups and Workshops

Mental Health Therapy Groups and Workshops

Our Group Therapy page is always growing!

We regularly add new therapy groups, workshops, and special events designed to support a variety of mental health topics and life experiences.

Many of our group therapy offerings are presented in a workshop format, providing practical tools, meaningful discussion, and opportunities to connect with others in a supportive environment.

Be sure to check back often to see what's new—we're always creating fresh opportunities to learn, heal, and grow together.

Upcoming Events

School is about to start, but no one really teaches you how to manage the stress, anxiety, pressure, friendships, and expectations that come with it.

That's why we're excited to introduce Mental Health Matters: Back-to-School Edition—an interactive workshop designed to help teens start the school year with main character energy (without burning out).

We'll cover:
• Processing back-to-school thoughts and emotions
• Understanding your nervous system
• Managing perfectionism and academic pressure
• Navigating social anxiety and friendships
• Setting healthy boundaries
• Building confidence and self-worth through your values

Each participant will also create and take home a Personal Mental Health Plan for the Semester—a personalized guide to help them recognize stress, build healthy coping strategies, identify support people, and protect their mental health throughout the school year.
