Come as you are. I’m ready to meet you exactly where you are in a healing, judgment-free space. I believe every person’s story is shaped by their experiences, relationships, culture, values, and environment, and I’m passionate about helping clients better understand themselves while creating lives that feel more authentic and aligned with their goals.
My background includes trauma, substance use, crisis intervention, anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting marginalized communities, particularly women and teens, while creating an inclusive and affirming space for all identities and lived experiences. I believe in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and helping people feel less alone in what they carry.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each individual rather than forcing clients into one specific framework. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a reprocessing therapy similar to EMDR. I draw from these approaches based on your unique needs, personality, and goals while balancing evidence-based interventions with authenticity, humor, compassion, and occasional tough love.
I deeply value honesty and real connection in therapy — and while I am warm and empathetic, I also do not f**k around with healing. I believe meaningful change happens when we are willing to be real with ourselves, explore uncomfortable patterns, and challenge the beliefs or behaviors that may be keeping us stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and gently challenged toward growth in a way that feels safe and meaningful for you.
I’m a Central Florida native who deeply loves our local beaches and springs. Preserving Florida’s natural beauty and springs is something I care deeply about, and I find a lot of healing and grounding in nature. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, concerts and music festivals, reading, and exploring in our campervan with my husband. I’m also a proud pet parent to Sirius, Salem, and Scout.
Like many people, the pandemic significantly impacted my anxiety and ability to enjoy the things I once loved. Through my own therapy journey, I was able to reconnect with myself and slowly return to the experiences that bring me joy and meaning. Because of that experience, I understand how discouraging it can feel when anxiety, trauma, or overwhelm begin shrinking your world — and I also know healing is possible.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and later completed my Master’s in Social Work with a clinical focus at Florida State University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in crisis services, case management, and later in leadership and sales management roles, experiences that strengthened my understanding of communication, empathy, and human connection.
I feel incredibly honored to do this work. I value authenticity, curiosity, trust, and meaningful connection, and I bring those values into the therapy space every day. Healing is hard work, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I’m ready when you are.
