Debra mulcahy, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. Life can be overwhelming, and whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I am especially passionate about supporting women, mothers, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community as they work through life's challenges, build confidence, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting change.

I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and confident as you move forward in life.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to grow and better understand yourself, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
