 Licensed Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) – DeLand & Daytona Beach, FL

Nearvana, LLC is seeking a compassionate, authentic, and motivated therapist to join our growing private practice team. We are looking for clinicians who value meaningful connection, collaborative care, and helping clients create lasting change.

We welcome therapists with experience or interest in individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, relationship challenges, or other specialties.

We are currently only hiring LICENSED providers. However, registered interns are encouraged to reach out to info@bekindtomind.com for information on current opportunities offered.

Position Details

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a 60/40 split and flexible scheduling opportunities.

In-Person Schedule Requirements

We are currently seeking a therapist who can provide:

• 1 in-person day in our DeLand office (Tuesday–Saturday daytime availability)
• 1 to 2 in-person days in our Daytona Beach office
• Monday evening open
• Tuesday or Wednesday another option

Additional availability options include:

• Late Saturday afternoons/evenings
• Sundays
• Virtual sessions may also be incorporated into your schedule

Caseload Expectations

We request a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week to help maintain consistency of care and support practice growth.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Florida:
• LMHC
• LCSW
• LMFT
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for inclusive, affirming, client-centered therapy
• Ability to collaborate within a supportive team environment

Compensation

Compensation is based on caseload size and availability.
A typical caseload of 25+ clients per week may generate approximately $4,000–$8,000+ monthly depending on scheduling and payer mix.
